Client: Pivot Energy

Role: Design

Category: Sustainability

THE PROBLEM

As Pivot Energy expanded its agrivoltaics initiative, I helped bring its story to life—showcasing how solar sites can support pollinator habitats and partnerships with local beekeepers. The team needed a design system that could communicate this innovative dual-use approach to land management while creating a memorable touchpoint community members. The deliverables included a custom honey jar label and supporting landing page that brought the story to life.

THE SOLUTION
Working closely with the Pivot Energy team, I developed a playful yet polished visual system inspired by native wildflowers, pollinators, and the warmth of locally harvested honey. The packaging was designed to feel authentic and gift-worthy while reinforcing Pivot’s sustainability mission. The accompanying landing page extended the narrative digitally.

IMPACT
Project Honey became more than a branded giveaway—it served as a tangible expression of Pivot Energy’s purpose-driven approach to renewable energy.

By showcasing how solar sites can also support pollinators, biodiversity, and local beekeeping, the initiative helped make a complex sustainability story approachable and memorable.

The result was a brand experience that celebrated environmental stewardship, strengthened community connections, and highlighted the positive impact thoughtful design can have beyond the product itself.
