THE PROBLEM
A founder’s personal brand influences their company’s reputation, market value and stakeholder trust. For a luxury beauty entrepreneur generating $3 million annually, it was critical to present a controlled, polished online presence that communicated her multifaceted identity—as a founder, thought leader, creator, author, mom and philanthropist.
Search results needed to reflect a cohesive story aligned with both her personal values and her skincare brand’s visual language. Without this, public perception risked being fragmented or inconsistent.
THE SOLUTION
I led a discovery workshop to uncover the founder’s origin story, values and how she wished to be seen.
Using these insights, I crafted a bespoke word mark, visual identity and website blending fashion magazine elegance with the vibrant, messy creativity of being a mother and founder, while nodding to her product packaging.
The site became a dynamic hub showcasing her accomplishments, thought leadership and philanthropy, supported by ongoing content updates.
IMPACT
The refreshed website strengthened her thought leadership, improving SEO visibility and search control to protect brand equity.
