Client: Tech Company
Role: Design
Category: Scaling Creative Infrastructure / Brand Systems
THE PROBLEM
As this tech company scaled, its customers and prospects increasingly included Fortune 100 brands. But the systems supporting those relationships hadn’t kept pace. Decks, sales materials and reporting were inconsistent, teams recreated assets from scratch, and there was no shared toolkit for communicating the value of the work.
The opportunity was bigger than refreshing a few decks. It was a chance to create a scalable system that helped teams show up consistently, tell clearer stories and build trust at every customer touchpoint.
THE SOLUTION
I partnered with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success and leadership to identify the communications that mattered most. I then designed and governed a scalable suite of templates, including executive presentations, QBRs, sales decks, one-pagers, ebooks, landing pages and data visualizations.
I also built a centralized Brand Hub in Confluence, bringing templates, toolkits, logos and guidance into one place. Instead of relying on designers for every request, teams could self-serve with confidence.
The system was continuously refined through feedback, adoption and evolving business needs.
IMPACT
Within two years, 400 employees had adopted the deck templates for client-facing presentations, replacing bespoke solutions with a consistent, professional toolkit across functions.
The result was faster, more confident communication across teams, stronger brand consistency and a more credible experience for enterprise customers.
