Shared templates improved alignment across teams internally and conveyed professionalism to Fortune 100 clients.

Client: Terakeet

Role: Design

Year: 2024

Category: Sales Enablement

THE PROBLEM

As Terakeet evolved from a scrappy startup into an enterprise organization, its client-facing materials no longer met Fortune 100 expectations.

Executive decks, sales enablement assets and reporting lacked consistency, slowing teams down and reducing confidence at key decision points. Teams were recreating assets from scratch, leading to inefficiencies and misalignment.

The challenge was elevating executive and sales materials to enterprise standards, while providing simple, user-friendly templates that teams would actually use.

THE SOLUTION

I led the design and governance of a full suite of exec communications and sales enablement assets, including deck templates, one-pagers, ebooks, landing pages, data visualizations and Looker Studio reporting.

In close partnership with senior stakeholders, I identified high-impact assets to prioritize and rebuilt them with enterprise-level polish.

To support adoption at scale, I rolled them out in a Brand Hub in Confluence—which housed templates, toolkits, logos and usage guidance—enabling teams to self-serve with confidence.

I continuously managed feedback and iterated to ensure consistency and alignment as needs evolved.

IMPACT

The result was a more efficient organization, with teams producing polished, on-brand materials faster and more cost-effectively.

Refreshed decks and data visualizations clarified complexity and strengthened credibility with Fortune 100 stakeholders.

Shared templates improved alignment across teams, reinforcing brand trust at every touchpoint. The assets became a clear differentiator, reinforcing design’s business value.
